We’re looking for a Scrum Master. Are you the one?First of all, what does a Scrum Master do at mateco IT?As a servant-leader, the Scrum Master coaches one or more multidisciplinary teams (including the Product Owner) to become a self-organising team that delivers business value at the end of every sprint. The Scrum Master guides the team towards an agile mindset, facilitates the Scrum rituals and keeps looking for ways to improve the way the teams work. Those improvements are not limited to your own teams, but can also trigger organisational changes. They also take care of people topics, in close collaboration with the Delivery Lead.Good. So what does that mean in detail?You take all necessary actions with the team in order to continuous improve the team in all aspects (way of working, technology stack, collaboration, quality, delivery speed, communication…) resulting in increased productivity, collaboration and great team spirit.You will facilitate and own the agile rituals for the team, including preparation, facilitation and follow-up in order to ensure that the activity goals are met and to allow the team to focus on delivering valuable software.You will be able to coach team members in collaboration with the Delivery Lead in order to increase their overall maturity.Next to the main focus within the team, you will take initiative in order to improve the agile working of other teams and the entire organisation.Ok.
