We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Scrum Master working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- Promoting and supporting Scrum practices by helping everyone to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values
- Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team
- Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog
What UST expects from you?
- Clear understanding of the SCRUM Framework;
- Experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role;
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing and others;
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills;
- Previous experience in IT delivery projects;
- Previous experience as part of a development team;
- Previous experience using collaborative and knowledge share tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Teams;
- Good understanding of Agile development/Software life cycle;
- Product Owner, Agile certification;
- Financial Services industry experience, preferably within mortgages;
- 4+ years of experience as Scrum Master;
- Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams.
