As a classical IT organization, the teams have a mix of operational (run) activities including incidents, combined with projects (development).You will be the Scrum Master of the ERP Squad. The squad is growing towards a mature agile team and is continuously improving their way of working. As a Scrum Master you motivate the squad members within this process and you facilitate them within the scrum framework combined with the agile principles. In that way you enable the squad, and the squad members, to reach their goals and objectives. You make sure nothing stands in the way of the squad, so they can perform at their best. And above all, you take the squad to the next level in their agile maturity and ensure they can deliver what is required. Next to that, you play an important role in improving the department’s operational performance through the collective of Scrum Masters from all squads.Your main activities are:

  • Coaching the squad members, facilitate and support the squad ensuring nothing stands in their way of performing at their best
  • Improving and optimizing the functioning of the squad by organizing the scrum evens like retrospectives and stand-ups, and by facilitating other (agile) meetings.
  • Continue to spread the agile principles in the squad, and towards the stakeholders within the organization.
  • Facilitating and supporting to take away impediments that block or forms an obstacle for the squad members.
  • Guides problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves.
  • Help the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; ensure the team retrospective occurs and is valuable.
  • Helping people grow, pointing out interactions in meetings, asking questions rather than providing solutions, growing people in the Agile way-of-working.
  • Improving overall IS/IT operational excellence with the Scrum Master collective.

  • Guides problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves.
  • Has experience as a Scrum Master
  • Help the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; ensure the team retrospective occurs and is valuable.
  • Build clarity in processes and remove impediments, driving alignments across the team and improving its efficiency.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with other teams.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach. Encourages others to take initiative.
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English.
  • Strong affinity with IT and HBO work and think level.
