In the role of DevOps Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. • Strong hands on/implementation experience in IT industry with primary focus on Devops and related roles
• Proficient in Devops, CICD Tools, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift/OKE administration
• Proficient in containerization & deployment management (setup & administration) Docker & Kubernetes
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with DevOps techniques building continuous integration and continuous delivery solutions using Jenkins, Docker, GitHub, Terraform
• Experience in DevSecOps implementation projects as lead (designing DevOps solutions, setting up CI/CD pipelines, infra automation, monitoring tools etc.).
• Experience, Proficient knowledge of GIT, SCM, branching Strategy etc.
• Strong experience with using a broad range of AWS technologies.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications
• Good understanding of security vulnerabilities.
• Should have hands on and good understanding of DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Kubernetes and other container management solutions
• Hands-on experience in cloud computing preferably AWS, working experience of various AWS services for CI/CD implementation.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, Grafana, splunk or any other monitoring tools/processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to completion.
• Able to analyze and solve complex software release problems under deadline constraints.

Preferred

• Relevant experience in the Telecom domain and middleware technologies.
• Demonstrated experience to lead Devops teams on a day-to-day basis as well as emerging experience to groom team members to become leads.
• Relevant experience with agile, scrum, ITDevOps way of working.
• Relevant experience in solutions delivery in the Communications, Media or Technology industry is preferred.
