Who are we looking for?We are looking for a scientist with experience in raw materials and primary packaging for drug product manufacturing. We are looking for a structured, pragmatic and diplomatic person that can support the drug product area within QC Raw Materials. You will be working closely with the small team handling materials for enabling the readiness of drug product facility. Additionally, you will be involved in tech transfers for new customers and their products at FDB.Primary tasks

  • Writing and updating SOPs within the DP material area
  • Authoring specification justifications and corresponding specifications for primary packaging materials, disposables and raw materials used in the DP manufacturing processes and any devices to be used together with the product
  • Representing QC Raw Materials in Tech Transfer projects, including customer interactions
  • Focus on continuous improvements to all our processes and challenge status quo

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MSc) within e.g. Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Knowledge and understanding of the technical areas, guidelines and international standards related to the material requirements for drug product manufacturing
  • Solid experience from a similar role (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good collaboration skills in a very dynamic environment
  • GMP experience (preferred)

The team manages materials and customers in connection with new product introduction for both drug substance and drug product manufacturing.
