Work description:

• maintaining constant contact with the Institute’s organizational units in the field of scientific activity of the Institute,
• coordinating activities and performing analytical activities in the area of evaluation of the Institute’s achievements,
• Coordination of widely understood activities related to the dissemination of scientific results of research and development work carried out at the Institute (supervision and coordination of work related to the preparation of the plan of publications and industrial property rights for the year, supervision and coordination of work related to the preparation of publications for the publishing process and in the publishing process, supervision of activities related to the preparation of the application of industrial property rights for protection),
• Development of procedures related to the advancement of scientific and research and technical staff,
• Development of substantial contributions to the Institute’s seminar plans,
• development of plans for scientific conferences and coordination of related activities,
• Mapping and listing technologies created as part of scientific research and development work for commercialization,
• Coordination of wide-range activities to promote the development of scientific staff, in particular through training,
• substantive supervision of the implementation of investment tasks within the scope of acquired funds,
• development of project and planning documents for investment tasks within the framework of acquired funds,
• planning of investment tasks within the framework of acquired funds,
• Implementation of requirements under Article 44. paragraph 5 of the Act of April 30, 2010 on research institutes [i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 534.].

• university graduation with a specialization (in particular, composite materials, polymer technology, materials engineering, mechanical engineering)
• academic degree of doctor habilitated or the professor title
• documented scientific achievements
• documented predisposition to independently supervise the implementation of scientific research and development work
• experience in developing and coordinating research and development projects funded by domestic and foreign resources – at least 5 years
• ability to prepare statements, reports, analyses and presentations
• ability to conduct research in the field of new technologies, research trends, innovative processes
• proven achievements in the implementation of research, R&D and investment projects (in the area of R&D infrastructure)
• proven proficiency in spoken and written English
