It is connecting to a large ecosystem of Start-ups & University.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate scientific computing engineer to work on advanced computational models, numerical simulations and mathematical algorithms development.As part of a multi-disciplinary team gathering scientists in different fields, your key responsibilities will include
CANDIDATE PROFILEGraduate of an Engineering School or Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, you have a first experience in software development, ideally gained in the medical device field. A PhD is a plus.Required Skills:Strong background in applied mathematics and numerical optimizationStrong proficiency in C++ and PythonExperience with numerical methods, optimization algorithms, and scientific libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy,…).Familiarity with parallel computing and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex problems, with a solid understanding of mathematical modeling and numerical analysis.Demonstrated ability to meaningfully contribute to industrial software development projects (specifications, development, validation, documentation, software versioning, revision control…)Natural curiosity, proactivity and autonomy is mandatoryProven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.English fluency is required. French and/or Italian is a plus
