Contract Type: 12-Month MAT CoverNQT/ECT are also invited to apply, as all Teachers with QTS will be considered.We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our team at a well-respected secondary school in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students, teaching all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) up to GCSE level.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging lessons across all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Plan, prepare, and assess work effectively in line with curriculum requirements.
Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment that promotes a love for science.
Participate in the wider school community and contribute to extracurricular activities.
We are looking for someone who:Has QTS and experience teaching science at Key Stage 3 and 4.
Is competent and confident in delivering all three sciences up to GCSE level.
Demonstrates a passion for teaching and inspiring students.
Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.
