Job Title School relationship leadAccountabilities:· Build the long-term strategy on school relation and follow-up on the yearly action plan and budget.· Use data to analyse students’ hiring processes performances and predict future objectives. Define the key partners (schools, universities, academic institutions) to collaborate according to Amadeus’ business needs· Ensure regular and operational relationships with our French academic partners (schools/universities)· Organise Amadeus’ constant presence and visibility on French campus with the contribution of the internal ambassadors’ community.· Deploy Amadeus branding initiatives to reinforce the company’s reputation and attractiveness on campus and online.· Synchronize actions with team members in charge of DEI.· Be responsible for the hiring campaign and process of students’ candidates for Amadeus France (about 200 students each year).· Manage the overall hiring process for students and ensure qualitive talent pipeline through effective channels.· Ensure a good visibility of apprenticeship/internship adverts and provide the best candidate experience.· Ensure effective pre-on boarding and induction for the students.· Collaborate with Talent Acquisition France team to shape students hiring strategies and results.· Feed the staff hiring needs with Amadeus apprentices/trainees.· Manage yearly French “taxe d’apprentissage” implementation to maximize our impact and limit our spends· Manage an effective relationship with our French legal counterpart “Atlas” to optimize our financial contributions. Manage one team member. Supervises contractors’ activities.Profile’s background:· 8 years professional experience in Human Resources, ideally experience in Talent Acquisition activities and particularly experience in hiring engineering profiles.
