Job Description:School Delivery liaises with schools throughout their transition to Authorization and Evaluation, supporting logistical processes related to the application for candidacy and authorization. The types of visits include consultation, school verification visits, single and multiple school evaluation visits, un-announced exam visits. Other operational tasks include system school account management, efficient administrative system functionality and data management. This role works closely with the Authorization, IB World Schools, IBEN, Global Operations and Finance teams.Location: IB (International Baccalaureate®) Global Centre, The Hague – The Netherlands (required)
Salary range 40.825 EUR – 51.031 EUR annually (The Netherlands)

The School Delivery Associate is responsible for delivering high quality services across all programs, focusing in operations and logistics; ensure that high standard milestone events are met, through collaborative planning and dynamic communication with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and contribute to improvement of processes and systems to achieve operational efficiency, participating in projects across the IB organization.Roles and responsibilitiesCUSTOMER LIAISON
- Communication with schools and educators, being the first point of contact for logistics related to the event.
- Facilitate and oversee the relationships with other teams including Authorization, IB World Schools, Development, IB Educators Network (IBEN), Professional Development (PD), Global Operations and Finance.
OPERATIONS
- Ownership of events data entry and accuracy in Salesforce
- Monitoring events during the school life cycle to ensure compliance with deadlines
- Provide access to schools and educators to IB Concierge and be first point of escalation for any issues
POLICY AND PROCESSES
- Ensure schools and educators are aware of IB policies and guidelines
- Monitor travel bookings (hotels, flights and transportation) and act as decision maker to reject or approve out of policy requests, ensuring there is not additional budget expenditure.
- Monitoring itinerary to ensure correct budget allocation of the expenses
PROJECTS
- Accountable of preparing and monitoring the events related to the examination inspection session twice a year, coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure delivery of the sessions on a timely manner.
- Participate in IB projects, contributing as School Delivery representative, from a process and systems perspective.
- Lead enhancements in processes and systems to improve efficiency in the logistics events for IB programs.
About you
Knowledge and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Previous work in an operational position is an asset
- Customer-oriented mindset with keen interest in Education industry
- Working experience in a multicultural organization is advantageous
- English essential, Spanish and/or French an asset
- Good knowledge of the authorization and evaluation processes in all four IB programmes is an asset
Technical and Soft Skills
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft office, a CRM system is a plus
- Meticulous with ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to communicate globally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization and externally
- Able to multitask
- Ability to improve processes and thinking out of the box
- Flexible
- Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments
