Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate appointments between residents and tradespeople
* Provide outstanding customer service, handling resident queries and changes
* Reschedule appointments with planning tools and update job management systems
* Collaborate with Supervisors and tradespeople to keep work on track

Requirements:

* Call centre experience
* Strong multitasking and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
