We’re looking for a highly organised and experienced Scheduler to join a property maintenance team in Stratford. You’ll be a key player in ensuring customers receive a seamless and efficient service.

What you’ll do:

* Work as part of a team to schedule and plan maintenance works in a cost-effective and organised way.
* Provide excellent customer service to residents, arranging appointments with tradespeople.
* Handle resident queries, changing appointments, and rescheduling works.
* Log jobs onto our management system.
* Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to coordinate work schedules.

What’s on offer:

* Full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
* Based out of Stratford office.
* Salary of GBP27,000.

To be successful, you’ll need:

* Experience working as a scheduler or planner within planned maitenance/repairs.
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and targets.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
