Our Partner, a global leader in technology services area is undergoing a robust digital transformation on a regional scale. We are launching a new operation to lead this transformation from Poland. Among others we are looking for a French speaking SCCM Administrator to participate in the transition and further management of the function.Project information:
- Location: The offices are spread across Poland, in each major city.
- Mode of work: Hybrid, 30% on site.
- Type of employment: Permanent employment contract
- Project language: French and English (min B2)

Your tasks:
- Managing and maintaining the SCCM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Deploying, configuring, and monitoring system updates, patches, and software across a wide range of devices.
- Handling software distribution and application management using SCCM, ensuring smooth deployment across all endpoints.
- Monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, and troubleshooting any issues related to SCCM.
- Administering and managing device collections, ensuring accurate categorization and deployment.
- Performing inventory management, including hardware and software inventory, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Automating repetitive administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting of SCCM with other systems.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies and managing security updates and configurations.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for SCCM configurations, processes, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office 365 Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and user and license management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security management (e.g., security policies, data management, Microsoft Defender).
- Experience in configuring and managing Exchange Online and email policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to cloud services and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Good command of French and English (at least B2 level).
