Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.Position: SAP Time ConsultantLocation: Spain or Portugal (remote)Time Senior Solution ConsultantThe SAP Time Solution Consultant, which consists specifically but not exclusively, of contributing to and being part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining time management system and/or customer service activities (guidance, consultancy), ensuring that the service is accurate and timely. Responsibilities can be focused on the SAP Time management system (PT) and/or customer service (guidance, consultancy).Specific tasks are:

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design.

• Building, modifying and supporting pay rules, accruals and request manager.

• Troubleshooting errors via pay rule analysis.

• Managing configuration migrations utilizing PTM.

• Supporting Time device management.

• Experience with SAP Time standard reports.
