This is your chance to leave a lasting impact on a company known for its iconic brands and rich heritage.Your Mission:As our Service owner SAP technology, you will be at the forefront of managing our SAP estate. You will define and implement solutions to deliver the most optimal functionalities and stability for the Carlsberg business, continuously measuring system performance and striving for improvement to stay ahead of evolving practices, technologies, and requirements.You will be responsible for our outsourced SAP technology team in India, as well as the modernization of our services through automation, AI, and other innovative solutions.Your Key Responsibilities:

• Accountability for the overall performance and stability of our SAP systems.
• Ensuring the stability and performance of the SAP systems used in Carlsberg.

• Design and implementation of the SAP environment architecture required to fulfill daily operations and project requirements.
• Monitoring systems.
• Initiating regular checks to anticipate potential service degradations and taking appropriate preventing measures.
• Proposing enhancements and optimizations and coordinate their implementation together with other teams.

• Ensuring our systems are updated with agreed version and patches.
• Ensuring our systems are kept up to date with the latest security patches.
• Service delivery management across the area

• Driving optimization, standardization, and automation of the solution portfolio
• Being the Guardian\Gate keeper of our Production environment.
• Ensuring service transition is prioritized
• Assisting the Carlsberg Major Incident Management organization when critical incidents occur in your area
• Managing our outsourced team together with your counterparts from the partners.
• Responsiblity for ensuring that our partners deliver according to contract (Service Catalog and SLA)
• Keeping oversight for the Demands and Operational budget
• Ensuring systems, processes and ways of working are compliant with audit requirements and remediate any non-compliancy.
• Supporting project initiatives: transformational initiatives on design and rollout

• Coordination with or contribution to projects to ensure Design and Deployment of comprehensive solutions (policy, process, system, service offering, measurement) for your area
• Ensuring project deliverables are managed into production
• Stakeholder management : being the primary contact for the software provider, other IT teams as well as business regarding SAP technology.

What we’re looking for:An experienced Technology or SAP Basis lead with a strong SAP background, preferably from the FMCG industry who possesses:

• At least 5 years of experience from a similar position in a global organization.
• A good understanding of IT Service Management and end-user expectations.
• Proven experience with building and leading an outsourced offshore team in a global organization.
• A very good level of experience with IT technologies and practices.
• Communication skills to all levels and various geographies.
• Comprehensive abilities in managing stakeholders and driving change. Forward-thinking approach with a willingness to get hands-on with day-to-day operations.
