SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who will be responsible for addressing data and machine learning model problems within a large multinational team of experts. They will work closely with other team members to troubleshoot data-related issues, develop and maintain data pipelines, monitor and improve machine learning models and ensure data quality and integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience with data integration, ETL processes and non-SQL database management. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a distributed and multinational team environment.
THE ROLE
-Maintain and optimize machine learning models, identify new ideas to evolve them, develop new ones and benchmark possible solutions.
-Research and implement best practices to enhance existing machine learning infrastructure
-Implement machine learning algorithms and libraries
-Analyze large and complex data sets to derive valuable insights
-Develop data and model pipelines.
-Write production-level code and bring it to production
-Engage in code reviews
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-MSc in Computer Science, Data Science or Machine Learning
-3-8 years of industry experience with writing code (e.g., Python, Scala, PySpark, JavaScript) and taking ML models/ algorithms to production, designing and implementing machine learning pipelines in production environments
-Solid expertise in Doker, Kubernetes, KubeFLow, MLFlow
-Practical, hands on, experience in architecting, training and analyzing deep learning models, working with big-data and no-SQL technologies.
-Experience in Data Manipulation /data analytics / data management / Big data system
-Familiar with modern DevOps practice and ability to establish CI/CD process, full stack experience in big data processing, aggregation, analysis and visualization.
-Ability to perform technology selection and technology evaluation.
