We have more than 135 sales branches and more than 35 production centers around the world, in addition to strategically distributed logistics hubs that support our production and distribution centers.Our team is comprised of more than 7,000 employees motivated and skilled employees from over 45 countries.Mission:As an SAP Senior Analyst at FLUIDRA, you will be a key driver in our transition to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, focusing on application development. With your expertise in ABAP and a good understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and SAP Integration Suite, you will develop, customize, and enhance SAP applications that meet our business requirements. This role is critical in leveraging the capabilities of SAP’s latest technologies to improve business processes, enhance functionality, and ensure our applications are optimized and scalable.Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the architectural planning and technical implementation of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud within the organization.
• Develop and maintain custom applications using ABAP for S/4HANA, focusing on performance optimization and cloud integration.
• Utilize SAP BTP to develop and deploy cloud-native applications that complement and enhance the capabilities of S/4HANA.
• Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with both internal and external systems, employing SAP Integration Suite to ensure robust and seamless data flow.
• Translate complex business initiatives into scalable SAP solutions, preparing detailed technical specifications and system configurations.
• Provide mentoring and technical leadership to team members transitioning to SAP cloud environments.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide SAP solution insights, and align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that developed applications align with

business goals and deliver expected outcomes.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP systems, including extensive experience with S/4HANA and ABAP programming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale SAP implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with and influencing stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Nice to have

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP programming, or SAP BTP.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite and its application in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles and data security standards.
