Job Summary:

The ERP Specialist (SAP Security) is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing management of SAP security strategies and solutions across the organization. This role ensures proper access controls are in place and maintained in line with compliance, governance, and business requirements across all SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, GRC, MDG, GTS and MES).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement SAP security architecture and strategies across all SAP platforms.
• Manage user and role administration in SAP systems.
• Lead the development and enforcement of SAP security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and business units to assess and fulfill security requirements for new SAP initiatives.
• Manage SAP Security team members, mentoring, and training.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and segregation of duties (SoD) reviews.
• Stay up to date with SAP security patches, notes, and new product developments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Security or GRC certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Security Architect).
• Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or transformations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA).
• Working knowledge of non-SAP systems and their integration with SAP.
• Experience with SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME), SAP MII, and their integration with ERP.
