- Master’s degree in economics or IT
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of French or Dutch would be considered an asset
- Team player and good communicator
- Business oriented mindset and analytical skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Autonomous, stress resilient, flexible & solution oriented
- Extremely focused on quality
- Able to navigate in a complex IT landscape
Technical skills
- At least 15 years’ experience with SAP SD/MM
- Variant configuration is a must
- Good knowledge of SAP MM & FICO processes
- Experience with Jira & confluence as a user
- Experience in working with Agile
- Able to understand the business requirements related to quote to cash processes, end-to-end
- Able to give technical specifications to offshore developers
- Able to perform debugging to find the root cause of an issue
- Able to do reengineering, propose solution by analysis starting from the code versus the needs
- Able to coordinate the delivery of a user story end-to-end with the developer, the tester, and the user
- Able to specify post-installations needed for a release (for SAP Basis, Users, Helpdesk, …)
