The position
In the role of SAP PM/MM Responsible, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal and efficient functioning of SAP PM/MM. This involves supporting the system, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with our specific requirements and standards. As the role is very operational, it is expected of you to be present at the office most days.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in providing training and support to key users within the organization.

Your main tasks include:

-Process owner for SAP PM/MM, meaning that you will own all the documents and work descriptions about the use of SAP PM/MM.
-Creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for SAP workflows
-Establishing and managing service plans in SAP PM/MM for production equipment
-Offering expert input for job instructions related to stock and spare parts management
-Maintaining structured data overview and conducting analytics pertaining to SAP registrations
-Ensuring the accuracy of spare parts handling in both SAP MM and physical stock systems
-Staying informed on the latest technology trends in the market
-Participating in projects related to optimizing the way we use SAP PM/MM

Qualifications

-Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by extensive experience in a similar position
-Demonstrate advanced proficiency in supporting IT systems, particularly in SAP implementations, maintenance, and monitoring
-Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of SAP architecture, infrastructure, upgrades, and implementations
-Display a strong familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection
-Possess fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish

About the department
DCM manages the global supply chain of high-quality components and preassembled parts for our internal customers within prefilled and durable devices. You will join DCM Production, which is responsible for ensuring high quality and effective manufacturing and assembly of molded plastic components for prefilled pen systems in our internal production facility.
