With unwavering support and an entrepreneurial spirit, our global teamwork transcends boundaries and turns shared visions into reality.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Logistics Execution (LE) to lead a critical implementation project. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of SAP PP and LE modules, while effectively managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables. While experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a valuable asset, it is not a strict requirement. However, a background in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough knowledge of GxP regulations are essential for this role.What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage the implementation of SAP PP and LE modules, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain detailed project plans.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of the SAP PP and LE modules. WM/ EWM experience is a plus. Drive adoption of the new functionalities aligned with best practices.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment on project goals. Facilitate regular status meetings and address any concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities. Coordinate training and provide ongoing support for end-users.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on SAP PP and LE modules.
- Proven track record of managing projects within the Pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory standards.
- Experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, or upgrades.
- Familiarity with SAP WM and/or EWM is a nice-to-have, but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, Prince2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and MES software.
- Familiarity with system integration (e.g., ERP, LIMS) and continuous improvement practices.
