The candidate selected for the role of SAP Master Data IT Functional Analyst will have the following key responsibilities:Responsible for the data migration of our legacy ERP systems to our new corporate SAP S/4HANA systemActively work on fully understanding the details of the business processes related to the full master data management process used (business partners, materials, PP/DS & EWM settings, BOM, BOR, …).Evaluate the master data material creation process, and tools used, with the aim to simplify and automate this process for the end-users as much as possible.Have a good understanding of how master data management processes impact the other business & technical processes of the companyIdentify improvements & solutions that can help shape the future of the companyAbility to map Business Processes to SAP technologiesWrite Functional documentation where an understanding of technical specification & configuration documents are a plusWork together with our external implementation partners for expert development & support workActively support the business unit requirements by configuring the SAP S/4HANA variant configurator for the full groupWrite, review & validate functional documentation (technical documentation understanding is a plus)Support and lead tasks in an agile wayProvide expert level support to user requests & incidentsIdentify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgmentPerform analysis and effective diagnosis of clients’ issues

Help and advise in selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific internal client requirementscontribute to continuous development of methods and toolsDemonstrate accountability and contributions to the successful realization of the group IT goalsProfile
The candidate for the role of SAP Master Data IT Functional Analyst should have the following skills and experiences:A minimum of bachelor’s degree in either IT, Business, EngineeringEnglish is necessaryA minimum of 5 years of experience of working in an SAP environment (preferably S/4HANA). Experience acquired through involvement in international implementation projects, with cross-functional teams, will be considered a strong plus.A proven experience in working in a discrete manufacturing environment, preferably multi-sites and international.A proven experience in SAP S/4HANA will be a strong added value.Proficient in project managementComprehensive knowledge of SAP modules, particularly variant configurator and the link of SAP with PLM processes/systems.Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to consult with senior leadership and influence without authority.Self-directed and organized; able to manage responsibilities for multiple, simultaneous initiativesOutstanding communication skills: ability to deliver information in clear, concise, and relevant manner both in a written and oral formatStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentJob OfferInvolvement in the IT SAP competence center, who will work with internal clients to improve their ability to react on a continuously changing digital world, enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation and modernize core systems to reimagine the business model with SAP digital solutions.Remote working balanced with presence in Verona.
