What you’ll do:

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria(office attendance 3 times a week is mandatory)
Expected start date: asap (6 months contract)

Student status is mandatory

•    Developing and maintaining project management frameworks.
•    Monitoring and reporting project performance.
•    Managing project portfolios for alignment with goals.
•    Providing governance to ensure project delivery.
•    Tracking tasks, risks, and issues.
•    Coordinating stakeholder meetings.
•    Identifying and managing risks and issues.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
•    Accredited university credentials required.
•    Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies preferred.
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Jira helpful.
•    Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint crucial.
•    Strong English communication skills necessary for interaction with team, stakeholders, and clients.
•    Ability to document processes, create reports, and maintain documentation essential.
•    Attention to detail vital for accuracy and risk identification.
•    Collaboration skills important for teamwork and goal achievement.
•    Effective time management required to meet deadlines.
•    Data analysis skills valuable for assessing performance and decision-making.
•    Adaptability crucial for handling unforeseen changes.
•    Professionalism, ethics, and integrity expected.
