Purpose and Objectives :

Demand Management EMEA North is responsible for supporting all Sales Quota Carriers to build hiqh quality sales pipeline to achieve their revenue targets. We manage this by orchestrating all initiatives to create Quality Pipeline, across Countries, Line of Business, Industry teams and Sources of Demand.  
Being a student assistant, you will: 

-Drive Initiatives to supports the user community to be effective with Digital tools in the interaction with our customers. 
-Increase adoption of digital tools, by focusing on value for the sales community.  
-Encourage and train ‘Innovators & Early Adopters’, who are critical in shaping a digital culture.   
-Organise & support Enablement Sessions, based on use cases  
-Document & communicate ‘User Guides’ (using MS Sharepoint) to encourage user self-serve. 
-Track analytics and use problem solving skills to improve the business Impact of the tools 
-Liaise with stakeholders to fine-tune select activities focusing on follow-up and reporting 
-Support the setup and execution of cross program governance via tools like Outreach, MS Lists, planner etc.  
-Support the development and maintenance of information sharing tools like MS SharePoint

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:

•    Student in the penultimate year of Masters or similar degree 
•    Computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office products, in particularly Excel; experience with SAP applications and any CRM solutions is a plus  
•    English at a proficient level 
•    Firm understanding of change management and business processes  
•    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy 
•    Design, presentation and communication skills 
•    Ability to manage and prioritize own workload with ability to work to deadlines 
•    Team player and high energy level 
•    Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions; but also recommend solutions 
•    Extensive exposure to program management is an advantage   
•    Thrives in and successfully drives cross-cultural, cross-organizational “virtual” teams  
•    Strong communication (ability to communicate complex topics and ideas verbally and written on all levels), networking, relationship building skills  


•    The student assistant position is intended for 6 months with the possibility to extend.  
•    Working hours – part time minimum of 16 hours per week  (more hours would be available based on agreement)
•    The student will be paid by the hour
