PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We are part of the Cloud & Lifecycle Management organization – we make the automation of delivering the whole portfolio of SAP Software to our customers, also we automate the process on update/upgrade and decommission of our software. We work with the latest technologies and we have solutions both in Cloud and On-Premise.

Our mission is to design, develop, deliver, operate and document state-of-the-art cloud services that enable customers to monitor and manage their SAP business applications in a cloud-based environment (public, hybrid and private).

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for Communications Specialist Internship to join our team and work on the development of internal and external rollout content according to standards and guidelines, write and review blogs and articles and create webinars and video demonstrations. You will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced product and communication experts and learn how to present information in the most appealing and understandable way.

Your will be part of collaborative, positive and diverse working environment, consisting of young talents as well as established professionals.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in creating and executing communication plans to promote our team’s products, initiatives and events.
-Collaborate with the product team to develop engaging content for various channels, webinars, newsletters, and website.
-Support the coordination and execution of internal and external communication campaigns.
-Provide general administrative support to the product team as needed.
-Become a part of highly skilled team creating external and internal rollout and communication materials.
-Learn how to work with Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia and many more.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Skills and Competencies

 

-University student of Philology – English as main language is preferred.
-Fluency in written and verbal English
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Willingness to learn new standards and guidelines for communication in the company
-Creative thinking
-Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
-Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Very good organizational skills
