About the Team

Be part of a young, dynamic, and multicultural team at SAP’s Digital Hub in Barcelona. As part of the EMEA Partner Ecosystem Success team, you will directly support leadership, partner managers, recruiters, and communications colleagues across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This internship offers meaningful exposure to strategic business operations and innovation-driven growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

-Gather, analyze, and prepare data insights to support strategic decision-making.
-Support forecasting, pipeline management, and execution programs.
-Create internal communication assets and partner-facing materials.
-Work with SAP data analytics tools to track and interpret business KPIs.
-Assist in preparation and execution of partner events.
-Explore opportunities to improve operational processes using AI-enabled tools.
-Continuously learn, understand business models, and contribute innovative ideas.
Who You Are

-Currently pursuing a Master´s degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, AI, or related field or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
-Available for a minimum 6-month internship and able to work from the Barcelona Digital Hub.
-Strong interest in AI-driven innovation, including hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools, vibe coding approaches, and Agentic AI concepts (e.g. AI agents, automation workflows, prompt engineering).
-Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about business and emerging technologies.
-Good knowledge of MS Office (experience with BI systems is a plus).
-Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages are an asset.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
-Strong communication skills and passion for collaboration.
Additional Preferred Skills – AI & Innovation Focus

-Exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code).
-Familiarity with AI-assisted rapid prototyping (“vibe coding” mindset).
-Basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts (AI agents, autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems).
-Foundational knowledge of prompt engineering.
-Curiosity to explore how AI can enhance partner growth, KPI tracking, and operational excellence.
