• Streamlining & standardizing processes’ objectives and priorities inside the digital solution advisory team.
• Performing regular process data analysis, monitor KPIs, and documentation reviews to identify continuous service improvement opportunities.
• Support in measuring and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting metrics – especially, data collection, processing and reporting
• Support running, adapting and evolving reporting and operations
• Support creation of dashboards to analyze performance and identify patterns
• Create internal guides and work on process improvements in the area of data management and organizational performance management
• Ad-hoc reporting and creation of presentations/summaries for leadership team and key stakeholders
• Working in collaboration with all stakeholders, decision makers & key participants in full transparency

You also like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.We are looking for a colleague who has/is:

• Graduate of a university with up to 3 years after graduation in related fields: Business, Finance, Economics, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably understanding Cloud Technology
• Project Management basic knowledge
• High level of spoken and written English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office suite – especially, advanced skills in MS Excel
• Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation, self-driven and motivated
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details
• Quick understanding and adaptability of new tools/systems
