FunctionWe are seeking an SAP Consultant to support our Controlling product within our Elia group product organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical-related product questions. Together with the product owner, the business analyst and the developers you will identify and implement the best solution to serve your customer.You will prioritize technical activities within the product and support the monitoring of the backlog with a technical vision. As part of a product team you will be responsible for the further evolution of the Controlling environment for all the capabilities including SAP CO and controlling related satellite systems, for entities in two different countries.Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting the product team regarding the best fitting solution.
• Customizing of new and existing processes within the SAP systems based on the backlog requirements and prioritization.
• Steering the customization of new and existing processes with non-SAP systems that are part of the Controlling capabilities.
• Ensuring the integration of the controlling based satellite systems in collaboration with the related stakeholders
• Provide technical and functional translation of the user stories.
• Ensure up-to-date & relevant IT documentation.
• Monitor and analyze technical market trends to ensure state of the art solution.
• Contributing to the SAP Chapter organization by 10% of your working time to work on personal growing, knowledge transfer and chapter evolution.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business administration, a related field or equal by experience.
• Extensive experience of consultancy within SAP CO + CATS
• Experience in SAP modules like SD, FI, PS, MM are a plus
• Good understanding of the agile mindset and a product operating model
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills
• General willingness to travel (
