The successful candidate will bring latest innovation and ideas to plan, execute and deliver complex projects for our clients, whilst coaching and mentoring our next generation of Complex Delivery LeadsWhat’s in it for you?You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands globally, designing and delivering SAP-led complex transformational programs.This is an opportunity to join a European team of senior SAP experts with a focus on thought leadership, origination, sales, and delivery of large transformation SAP programs across industries.A wide range of employee benefits and career development opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Leading and deploying complex SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration across industriesDriving contract setup and delivery thereofBuilding and leading an effective Delivery Team and ensuring seamless Service Delivery from on-, off-, and nearshore locationsSenior Stakeholder Management, including managing Customer Satisfaction expectationsKeeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developmentsNecessary Knowledge / Skills:You should have significant experience in managing delivery of large SAP programs, i.e. more than $20M/year and delivering to a differentiated commercial construct (non-T&M) such as risk reward, revenue share, fixed price, fixed outcomesExperience of driving delivery in a multi-vendor or hybrid environment where you have led a mixed team (client, 3rd parties, contractors.)Managed important people matters on contracts, including performance mgmt., chargeability, coaching and development of staffed resourcesResults driven and customer focused with strong communication and collaboration skills. A positive and pro-active can do attitude is essential.Excellent business proficiency in English is a requirement.
