Your Contribution:

• You take substantial responsibility for authorization problem resolution and communication
• You take initiative particularly in authorization processing and system errors
• You document the reporting, investigation and outcome of all problems reported for agreed partners
• You ensure that required data is available for use by those carrying out investigations and ensuring that actions are correct
• You evaluate (in the first instance) the impact of defects and problems
• You keep relevant stakeholders (internal and external) informed of status of SAP authorization initiatives, by direct or delegated production of reports
• You ensure departmental processes are followed and adhered to
• You verify that agreed actions relating to problem investigation and clearance, are taken within the agreed timescales
• You handle authorization role creation for new locations or organizational changes
• Coordination of IT Audit requests from external auditors
• Technical lead for Service delivery in area of SAP authorizations

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of SAP ERP / S/4H / Application Integration work experience
• Preferably a recognized business qualification
• Knowledge in Authorization is a must, experience with user management processes are beneficial
• Ability to provide and optimize solutions utilizing processes available in ERP / S/4 HANA
• Very good in English (min. B2)
• SAP knowledge in the module ERP authorization
• SAP authorization knowledge in other products like CRM, SRM, Portal, PLM or GRC are beneficial but not a must
