SAP Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for an established SAP Assessor to join an independent sustainability consultancy based in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have opportunities to progress to a senior level within the company and work alongside national developers and independent builders through all stages of a project’s lifecycle.
Responsibilities for an SAP assessor include:
- Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds
- Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met
- Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reports
The ideal SAP assessor will have:
- An OCDEA accreditation with a minimum of 1 years’ experience as an SAP assessor
- Good understanding and knowledge of UK building regulations and legislations
- Good general educational background with ideally a degree within a sustainability or energy discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation Skills, with previous experience in a client facing role
