We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a SAP ARIBA Technical Consultant.

You will have the opportunity to influence the digital and transformation projects within the Tech organization, and contribute to the improvement of a smooth procure-to-pay process at C&A.

Your responsibilities
-Supporting the team in day-to-day business. You will be part of the of the SAP Finance and Procurement IT Team which focusses on the Support and conducting projects in the SAP environment. You will work together with other internal and external SAP Experts.  
-You will analyze and solve errors as 2nd level support and process support requests occurring in SAP Ariba  
-Take over implementation tasks in current projects. This includes adaptions, testing and documentation.
-Direct communication with SAP including creation and follow-up of service requests.
-Requirement engineering with Stakeholder (Procurement) and first feasibility analysis  
-Planning and organizing training courses and workshops.
 

Key relationships:

-The most important relationships will exist internally with IT colleagues and the business. In addition to the existing external service providers and directly with SAP.

What you bring
-At least 3 years of experience in customizing and supporting SAP Ariba in the products Buying & Invoicing, Contract Management and Guided Sourcing

-Experience in customizing and support of SAP S/4 Hana (SAP FI, MM, SD) would be beneficial

-Technical understanding of SAP Ariba set up, ability to read and understand CXML, ABAP and CIG

-Knowledge of related modules and purchasing process.

-Experience in working with a ticket system (e. g. Jira)

-High and strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and openness to agile ways of working and able to work independently and proactively.

-Fluency in English
