• Minimum of 4 years demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Developer
• Experience developing LWCs
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture
• Release management and leveraging CI/CD tooling
• Testing and debugging
• Experience with Copado
• Experience working with Commerce Cloud
• Platform Developer 1 certification, additional certifications are welcome
• You’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an IT or technology related field
• An excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing

The RoleAs a consultant and as a binding part between developers and our clients you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and the means to communicate complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally. We also have consultants who frequently deliver at regional, national and global conferences.What you’ll be doing:

• Creating Salesforce (technical) solution designs,
• Declarative and programmatic development of Salesforce functionalities to meet the business requirements,
• Creating estimations for the work to be done,
• Working closely with other members of the scrum team on the project,
• Build integrations using best practice integration patterns,
• Peer reviewing others’ work,
• Share knowledge.
