Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager of Business Systems, you will play a key role in the configuration and design of CRMA solutions.The role will be responsible for understanding business requirements and processes, and translating these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. You will work with our stakeholders, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless solution yields the desired outcomes for the business.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the organization’s growth and success. The Salesforce Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the company’s Salesforce initiatives and enhancing the overall user experience.

  • Responsible for understanding business requirements and processes, and translating these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable
  • Experienced in the full suite of Salesforce tools, including Salesforce CRMA (formerly known as Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics), APEX and Lightning Web Components in order to provide complete end-to-end solutioning for our client
  • Play a crucial role in driving the company’s Salesforce initiatives and enhancing the overall user experience
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build well-architected Salesforce CRMA dashboards and reports that best leverage the CRMA platform.
  • Develop data flows, recipes and complex dashboards using complex SAQL queries in TCRM
  • Build, maintain and migrate TCRM assets into Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including row-level and object-level security within Salesforce and CRM Analytics environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRMA features and functionalities and incorporate them into solutions as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
  • 4 years of experience with Salesforce CRMA (formerly known as Tableau CRM & Einstein Analytics).
  • Experience with and SOQL/SOSL/SAQL required.
  • Experience with Visualforce and APEX is a plus.Solid understanding of CRMA and Salesforce Objects and pulling data from key objects for proper representation
  • Solid understanding of CRMA integrations and connectors with other applications (e.g. Power Platform, Power Automate, Snowflake, AWS, etc.).
  • CRMA certifications (CRMA, Tableau CRM, or Einstein Analytics certifications) are highly preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Einstein, Sales Cloud are nice to have and very useful.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
