About our Team

The Learning and Performance team serves a global Go To Market community, we develop and deliver a curriculum of blended learning content, we strive to continuously evolve our approach and are focused on delivering an excellent learning experience capable of accelerating performance.

About the Role

You will take ownership of designing and delivering blended learning programs and content for a number of high-profile projects. These will be within our organization that focus on enhancing the skills and capabilities of our Go To Market community. Your role will focus on creating impactful, engaging, and scalable blended learning experiences capable of driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leading instructional design projects from inception to completion ensuring a balance between timely delivery and achieving an optimal learner experience.

  • Analysing business objectives and translate them into measurable learning outcomes within a defined scope.

  • Implementing best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to create high-quality instructional materials. These include e-learning modules, videos, presentations, job aids, and post learning implementation plans.

  • Working with shared input to ensure roles, responsibilities, content creation, timelines, testing and delivery is coordinated and documented

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. To then use that measurement to continuously iterate and improve learning programs

  • Working collaboratively with leadership to leverage analytics on the correlation between learning and performance metrics. In order to optimize sales team activity and success.

  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development. To continuously enhance program design and delivery for an improved learning experience.

Requirements

  • Show qualifications in Learning and design or related fields

  • Experience in instructional design, supporting sales, marketing, or customer success teams

  • Display experience designing and delivering both digital and instructor-led training programs.

  • Have problem-solving skills and a passion for developing engaging learning experiences

  • Experience with E-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems

  • Display project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Possess communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Show a mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
