- Develop and implement effective cold calling strategies to generate leads
- Guide team members in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients
- Identify client business needs and align the company’s products/services as solutions
- Provide regular feedback and mentorship to improve individual and team performance
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies for achieving sales goals
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs
Requirements
- Demonstrated 1-3 year experience managing a sales team
- A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
- Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills
- Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office
