Job description
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for achievement of sales objectives established by the company, encouraging store team sales performance, delivering operational excellence and brand standards through daily management of store staff, inventory, merchandise, and store execution as per corporate standard and guidelines.This position maintains a high degree of client engagement in accordance with brand principles providing and encouraging an elevated a distinctive and delightful customer experience.Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Handle customer concerns efficiently & effectively, sharing feedback with Store Management team as needed.
- Open/close store as required.
- Possess strong product knowledge of the various collections.
- Ensure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.
- Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of new employees.
- Manage customer feedback and queries.
- Act as floor supervisor in management’s absence to ensure the store procedures and steps of the experience is being followed. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Manage employee schedules, monitor teams, and report to the hierarchies.
- Monitor the operations and results of the team.
- Continuously review the service processes, seeking efficiency and solutions.

- Previous retail management experience at a cosmetic and/or perfumery store.
- Previous experience in El Corte Ingles stores is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate & listen effectively & demonstrate operational skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese or other languages would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
- Ability to multitask, manage time & work flexible hours.
- Commitment to drive sales growth and KPIs.
- Must be able to provide eligibility to work in Spain.
- Desire to thrive in results, work in a team environment, and coach for success.
- Ability to communicate & listen effectively & demonstrate operational skills.
