Job Purpose

For our office in Istanbul we are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our multicultural team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-To manage the sales administration process with the Shared Service Centre 
-To support and organizing the deliveries
-To coordinate invoicing with/out e-invoicing platforms
-Create internal sales report via reporting tools
-Be able to interpret stock flow
-Be able to expertise in warehouse management

Qualifications
-Fluent English, Native Turkish
-Computer literacy, good level MS Office is essential
-SAP MM and SD modules knowledge will be a must
-Preferably Salesforce knowledge
-Willing to improve him/herself in Power BI and data analytics knowledge
-Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload
-Good communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels within the Company
-Able to problem solve and act quickly, work under pressure
-Ability to be part of a “solutions “orientated team and have the desire to ensure your work meets the business requirements
