Then please read on to explore the current job opportunity we have in more detail.Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated Salesperson with a strong management track record who wants to work for our exclusive urban sanctuary for adults located in historic Brussels. Our Aspria Avenue Louise club is a vibrant, welcoming community with award-winning spa facilities, fitness, and workspaces. The club also offers a wide range of collective group classes and personalized advice from expert trainers.You will lead a team of 2 membership sales consultants in exceeding monthly sales targets. The development of corporate partnerships will also be a part of your responsibilities.You will be working closely with the operations and marketing teams to create and execute an integrated membership sales plan.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for exceeding targets of memberships and revenues by:

  • Leading, coaching and managing the membership sales team (2 people)
  • Defining monthly targets with each team member and manage their performance on a daily basis
  • Leading by example by delivering personal sales targets following standard processes and procedures
  • Ensuring all new membership contracts are completed in line with company standards
  • Ensuring the correct usage of the CRM software in order to improve sales efficiency
  • Liaising and creating membership sales opportunities with selected local companies, associations and institutions
  • Reporting results and underlying KPIs
  • Playing an active part in the operation of the Club as a Duty Manager
  • Actively participating as part of a senior club management team.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in sales and people management, exposure to service and luxury industry and interest in sports are a definite plus
  • Bachelor or Master in commercial/marketing desired but not compulsory, required equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Fluent in French and English another language is a plus
