Sales Specialist DXR in United Kingdom – Remote Based, United Kingdom

In this role you will drive sales in the Diagnostic X-ray (DXR) space across hospital care settings to improve patient care. The Modality Sales Specialist (MSS) is the knowledge expert on product, who supports Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise across the accounts.

Your responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Specialist for Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) , you will use your customer relationships to promote DXR systems & products, driving business through analysis, planning & execution to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term profitability.

  • In this collaborative role, you will work closely with a team of Sales Specialists, and as a Subject Matter Expert share your insights to the wider sales teams, help Marketing to localise assets and be part of the launch team, attending trade shows and exhibitions.

  • Working together with AMs, Sales Specialist informs and recommend customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.

  • Assists AMs with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation

  • To best support our customers, you will ideally be based in the North West / Midlands area (Leeds / Manchester ideal) with the opportunity to work from home and travel to customers (up to 40%).

You’re the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired experience within medical device sales, ideally with Diagnostic X ray products & systems.

  • You’re an excellent communicator, with confidence to deliver presentations and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels.

  • You are a solution finder who is happy to work autonomously on competing deadlines in potentially pressured situations.

  • You hold UK driving license and are based in the North West area

  • Please note this role requires a DBS check
