Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to drive profitable and sustainable business growth within the assigned portfolio, while enhancing the adidas brand’s market presence through effective sales strategies that promote and respect its positioning. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong collaboration and partnerships within the Regional Sport and Fashion Sales Channels, securing optimal and long-term business performance, aiming to achieve profitable growth with the accounts and ensure a strong, competitive position in the marketplace in order to support our ambition to elevate our brand presence and win the consumer.
What you will do

-Deliver seasonal and annual sales targets at category level, aligned with top-line and bottom-line expectations, contributing to Cluster and Zone objectives.
-Support the execution of defined sales strategies and commercial plans to achieve business targets.
-Prepare and lead the sell-in process of seasonal collections by adhering to sales guidelines and maintaining awareness of targets, budgets, and potential risks.
-Monitor in-season sell-through performance to drive sustainable conversion and maximize re-order opportunities.
-Track and analyze sell-out performance across channels using agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing relevant guidance and proposing structured action plans to partners.
-Secure according to brand guidelines, availability, market launch/ introduction, campaigns communication and market lifecycle of exclusive product/concept drops.
-Act as the primary liaison and key point of contact within the Sales Organization for all account management matters, ensuring an end-to-end approach across planning, sell-in, order execution, and performance monitoring while coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support.
-Monitor competitor activities, market trends, product innovations, and consumer buying behavior across physical and digital channels, providing regular insights to internal stakeholders.
-Stay informed on fashion trends to support product positioning, customer engagement, and the identification of commercial opportunities.
-Build and maintain strong partnerships with customer accounts by understanding their business needs, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that support mutual commercial success.
Skills you will need

-Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the consumer goods industry, preferably in apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong ability to influence and negotiate
-Ability to build productive business professional relationships
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
-Highly motivated and target driven mindset
-Availability to travel
-Fluency in English and local language written and spoken
-University Degree in Business / Economics with Sales & Commercial focus
-Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
