The Sales Representative directly manages a territory of competence, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, promoting the corporate product portfolio and related technologies and therapies.
Provides support in the operating room.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Sales Representative achieves the sales objectives in compliance with the assigned targets and proposes and develops actions on new potential customers.
Ensures the preparation of reports containing market information;
Collaborate in the preparation of contracts to participate to tenders;
Manages activities related to the sale of products (orders, shipping and invoicing);
Provides technical support in the operative room when necessary and whenever it is important to increase the own skills;
Participate in conferences and meetings and support field marketing actions;
Organize update training for surgeons and department staff and product presentations;
Provides information on the market/products/competitors and any information useful for developing a business strategy;
Demonstrates uncompromising ethical behavior and contributes to spreading a culture of compliance throughout the organization, ensuring awareness of compliance issues and the application of its policies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Demonstrated skills in:
• Decision making;
• Problem solving.
Good knowledge of the English language;
Good knowledge of IT tools (especially Excel and Powerpoint);
Customer orientation and strong listening skills, focus on results, positive and proactive attitude.
Degree in technical or economic disciplines.
At least 2 years of experience as Sales Representative or Product Specialist in multinational companies in the biomedical sector.
