The position

As a Sales Representative, you will drive the company’s profitable growth in the assigned territory – South of Athens, by maintaining and increasing the number of delighted customers in the therapeutic area of Diabetes & Obesity.

Among your responsibilities:

-Foster robust relationships with customers, ensure optimal product utilization while achieving maximum market penetration.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to identify potential customers and manage existing customer relationships.
-Visit healthcare professionals for promoting effective solutions for their patients.
-Monitor and analyze performance metrics, market trends, competitor activities for identifying business opportunities.
-Identify, research, contact prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate growth in business in the long run.
 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you are graduated to bachelor’s degree level, preferably in Health Sciences (biology, pharmaceutical, chemistry, life science…).

On top of what we would expect

-Solid experience of 3-5 years in a sales role within the pharma/healthcare industry.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
-Knowledge of the Diabetes & Obesity therapeutic area is a plus.
-Fluency in Greek and English is required.
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package (excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
