We’re a growing market leader, and we are looking for a motivated Digestive Endoscopy Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our digestive endoscopy products and solutions to hospitals, digestive endoscopy centers, and healthcare professionals. You will play an important role in growing sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the digestive endoscopy sector in Italy, with a focus on the designated area. The Endoscopy Operating Unit delivers unmatched value by offering innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and enable early detection and treatment of chronic diseases and cancers across the entire GI Tract and Hepatopancreatic system.

The area of responsibility will cover Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo, and Molise, with preference given to candidates based in the Marche region.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support sales and accounts, and assist with operating room procedures as required.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our endoscopy solutions.
  • Analyze the market and develop effective sales strategies for the assigned territory, presenting these to management for approval and implementation.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including endoscopists, nurses, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers, to meet and exceed territory revenue goals.
  • Prepare and respond to upcoming tenders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical support, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Attend and participate in key professional congresses and events as needed.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent (Biomedical Engineering, Economics, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Based in one of the regions of competence.

Experience using Salesforce or similar tools, knowledge of medical devices or related therapy areas and 0-3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably within the gastrointestinal or related therapeutic areas are an advantage.
