Wij zijn optimaal georganiseerd om snel aan de verwachtingen van onze klanten te kunnen voldoen.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the portfolio of existing customers: to limit the churn, to renew contracts, and to expand existing businessDeliver an excellent customer experience during daily multichannel customer interactionsQualifying leads and transforming them into opportunities to establish commercial proposals and sign dealsDevelop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repetitive businessGoes the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesPerforms basic calculations to provide prospects and customers with accurate prices and quotesTake initiative by informing regular customers of new products or services and price changesSaving all customer interactions and sales activities as well updating lead/account information in CRMIntroduce new innovative Air Liquide solutions to customers and prospectsREQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONSAssociate/Bachelor diploma in Business administration. Alternative (e.g. marketing, sales) or comparable3-4 years professional experience within a fast paced sales, inside sales or telesales environmentSuccess in creating/chasing cold & warm leads and signing dealsUnderstanding customer needs and requirements and translate them to Air Liquide solutionsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and Google (docs, spreadsheets) is a strong plus.Excellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyDemonstrated ability of working within a fast paced digital environment, maintaining high service standards and usage of analytical skillsProfessional level of Dutch & French for customer interactions and English as a main language within the companySome of the benefits you will find by joining us:
