Job Description
Job Summary:
Sales operations representative: follow up on orders, report incidents, communication with customers and internal departments, etc.), coordinate shipments with the factories, is part of the team in Meer (Belgium) that processes orders for solutions for EMEA and APAC, and also intercompany orders globally for Sweden and Estonia products.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Check orders received by customers on items, prices, export license requirements, etc.

Process Sales Orders into the ERP Systems (SAP) through our tool ESKER

Process Purchase Orders at manufacturing plants (if necessary)
-
Follow up on Sales Orders with the manufacturing plants and our warehouse

Communicate with customers on Sales Orders; resolve delivery issues, respond to enquiries and provide necessary documentation for delivery through our case management tool Oracle or phone system Incontact
-
Request export documentation from customer, check for red flags, SPL checks, provide GTC all the information needed to release or request a license
-
Invoice customers after delivery; monitor customer balance before delivery.

Maintain and monitor closely order backlog

Record orders and customer information in internal files

Back up for other sales operations specialist
Job Qualifications:

College Diploma or equivalent required; AS or higher in business preferred.

C1 or C2 English language level
-
Ability to communicate effectively; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced and sometimes changing environment.

Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize, follow-through, and complete tasks on time.

Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure.

Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and good level of focus/concentration.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong computer skills.

Preferably with additional language skills in German
