A solid digital backbone combined with strong local teams is a powerful mix for our growth.And we need you for this…The Sales Operations Manager role is being created to improve our sales team’s efficiency by providing them with the necessary tools and expertise to increase sales and build long-term client relationships.This position is crucial for creating and providing a playbook that inspire and educate our customers, as well as using a data-driven strategy to keep salespeople up to date on the newest trends and choose the best next actions.Furthermore, by offering training and access to sales technology solutions this role aims to streamline sales operations.Ready to become part of it?You act as a business partner for our international sales teams by driving sales strategic initiatives to improve our sales performance and operational excellence (eg sales methodology, develop new sales tools, …)

You proactively provide sales metrics to identify trends and optimize our sales strategies.You manage and maintain the sales development tools (Salesforce, ..) evaluating performance and optimizing processesYou drive the automation of our sales processes using optimized data where possible.You track and report on sales development funnel including leads, conversion, activities, etc ..You organize training session and workshops for the international sales teams.You are in charge of following up on consumer loyalty programs.You’ll handle the budget for sales training and tech upgrades.You partner closely with the sales and digital team to unlock a higher sales productivityThis is how we describe you…You have a Master’s degree (think: economics, marketing, business administration,..)You have a strong analytical mindset, able to structure and generate insights from analyses.CRM background is a must, Salesforce is a plus.Ability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders in an organization.Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, able to operate in a fast-based international environment.Strong management skills to lead and inspire the team towards achieving organizational goalsWillingness to travel up to 10% of your time to meet customer needs.Fluent in EnglishOverall, you’re a pleasant person with a team-oriented approach.
