Within United Legwear & Apparel Europe, we’re seeking an energetic Sales Operations Coordinator to help us shape the future of our franchise stores, showrooms, and partnerships across 25 countries! Your primary focus will be on providing dedicated support to Scotch & Soda and other prominent multibrands within our platform.This is more than a role—it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, logistics, and global partners. Our core values—Unity, Loyalty, Advancement, and Charity—guide our operations.Learn more atKey Responsibilities – What You’ll Own:Operational Coordination:

  • Act as the central point of contact between franchise stores, showrooms, and partners, ensuring all operations align seamlessly with our marketing, sales, and logistics strategies.
  • Manage quarterly operational tasks for seasonal sales campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and on time.
  • Collaborate with global warehouses and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries and smooth order management.

Sales Support & Communication:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales teams, including clear communication about product launches, order processes, and marketing materials.
  • Organize and troubleshoot sales-related materials and processes, ensuring smooth operations from order placement to delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and external partners to address and resolve operational issues promptly.

Performance Data & Reporting:

  • Gather and analyze performance data from partners, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve sales outcomes.
  • Maintain and continually enhance the Scotch Online Academy, ensuring partners have access to up-to-date training materials, product information, and best practices.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire product cycle, ensuring efficient transitions from order placement through production, delivery, and final sell-through.
  • Proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks or areas for improvement, ensuring smooth processes at every stage.

Global Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners across 25 countries, aligning goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner closely with IT, marketing, sales, and logistics teams to continuously improve systems, processes, and fulfillment activities.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across sales operations, using data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Develop and execute new initiatives and projects that elevate our operational capabilities and support business growth.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple ongoing projects, from planning to execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress, addressing challenges and ensuring successful completion of all initiatives.

Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Work closely with internal departments to align day-to-day activities with broader business objectives.
  • Provide direct support to team members, including the Sales Director, ensuring all stakeholders are equipped to meet their goals effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a strong operational or commercial background.
  • Proven expertise in optimizing sales processes and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
  • Location: This role is based in the Netherlands.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands that does not require company sponsorship.
  • Must reside in the Netherlands and be willing to commute regularly to the showrooms in Hoofddorp and sometimes the creative studio in Amsterdam and (3–4 days in the office per week).
