For our Customer Service team, we look for a Sales Operations Administrator, for a 12 month & part-time contract.

S/he is responsible for supporting the administration of all sales operations activities including tender and contracts management, new account activations, and ad hoc project support as needed in compliance with local regulation, internal policies, quality procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). 

This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Buccinasco (MI) Italy.

This position is intended for candidates belonging to Protected Categories with certification as beneficiary law 68/99 Art.1 (employment of people with disability)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with Sales Team when contracts are due for renewal or expired. Support the preparation of tender/contract responses
  • Responsible for creation and amendment of customer accounts, work with the Master Data Management (MDM) team.
  • Provide back-up support to Customer Service team members as needed, this may include answering customer calls, placing orders and other order management activities.
  • Responsible for creation and follow-up of Service and Rental contracts
  • Analyze and solve price discrepancies in the order management process.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good command of MS Office package, especially Excel
  • Italian mother tongue and very good English
  • Strong focus on driving customer satisfaction
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Should be an outgoing, positive, team player, strong sense of accountability
