Thomas Morris are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Royston on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Negotiator working for Thomas Morris you will receive:

£25000 – £35000 on target earnings (OTE) per annum

In the role of a Sales Negotiator you will:

Generate and conduct property viewings
-
Identify new instruction opportunities
-
Negotiate offers between all parties

Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)

Display excellent customer service at all times
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
